Gene has overall responsibility for the leadership of High Plateau. Gene leads our real estate investment business, bringing career business experience to all aspects of the portfolio, from acquisition, to entitlement, development, construction, management and sale.

Emily has project management responsibility for High Plateau’s real estate development investments, oversees property management, and leads our investor relations. Prior to High Plateau, Emily was President of Business Air, with responsibility for the company’s charter and aircraft management services businesses.
Emily Morey
Executive Vice President
Ron has operating responsibility for the Company’s investments and leads our growth capital and advisory services businesses. Prior to High Plateau, Ron was a mergers and acquisitions partner in the Seattle office of Stoel Rives LLP, where he spent 30 years advising some of our region’s most successful companies and management teams.
Ron Lone
Chief Operating Officer
Susan leads our accounting, finance and reporting. She has over 20 years of experience in lead financial roles in a range of industries including real estate, construction, manufacturing, agriculture and business services.
Susan Peterson
Controller
Jon brings over 35 years of business and leadership experience to the overall direction of High Plateau and its investments. Prior to founding High Plateau, Jon founded and led Greenpoint Technologies, one of the leading wide-body aircraft completion companies serving VVIP and heads-of-state customers worldwide. Greenpoint was sold to Zodiac Aerospace Group in 2014.
