Growth Capital Investments
Over its 30-year history, Greenpoint had grown its business to become one of the leading worldwide aircraft interiors completion companies for VVIP and head-of-state clients. Greenpoint was approached by Zodiac Aerospace about a potential acquisition. In both operating and advisory roles, High Plateau principals worked to complete a transaction that achieved liquidity for the Greenpoint owners and meet the strategic goals of Zodiac and Greenpoint.
Positioned for growth, Business Air sought new ownership for its FBO, charter and aircraft management businesses. High Plateau provided the equity to acquire the company in support of the management team. We restructured the company’s debt, provided additional capital for improvement of the hangar and ground services facilities, and helped lead an expansion of the charter and management business. In 2018, High Plateau arranged the sale by Business Air of its FBO fuel and hangar services assets to US Aviation. The sale allowed Business Air to concentrate on its aircraft charter and management business and helped US Aviation achieve better scale for its fueling and hangar services businesses.

Focused on transforming the transactional side of the $350 billion global market for IT infrastructure, Inflect’s platform enables providers and purchasers of co-location, network and internet exchange services to transact business faster, easier and with up-to-the-minute data. High Plateau is a lead equity investor.
LineLogic is a developer of devices for sutureless stabilization of central venous catheters (CVC). The Company’s products provide opportunities for better patient outcomes. High Plateau is a seed investor and advisor.
EcoLube Recovery is an environmental services company formed in 2015 dedicated to the sustainable reuse of crankcase oil and industrial lubrication fluids. EcoLube’s proprietary process upgrades partially treated used oils through re-refining steps to create a final product used as new engine oil. High Plateau is a lead equity investor.

Applying our knowledge of private aviation and light industry, we identified and developed the following opportunities.

Situated in the growing DFW metroplex, Denton Enterprise Airport is a corporate aviation base and serves as a major mid-continent refueling center. High Plateau developed and optimized over 125,000 sf of hangar and support facilities serving the needs of these private aviation customers.
High Plateau identified, acquired, leased and sold this single-tenant industrial facility located along the Highway 97 trucking route that links California, Oregon and Washington.
Meridian Development is a real estate development company specializing in multi-family development projects. Meridian partners with co-investors on its projects.
